Morning Birding Stroll at Cane River Park- Sun, Mar 23- 8 am

Join the High Peaks Trail Association for two birding strolls at Cane River Park on Sunday, March 23. This park offers the opportunity to see a wide variety of species, including mammals, so bring binoculars if you have them and even an extra pair to share. Please dress for the weather – we’ll be going rain or shine.

There will be two strolls, one at 8 am and one at 5 pm. Meet in the main parking lot at at Cane River Park near the kiosk and feel free to join us for either stroll or both. We will explore four different habitats in off-the-beaten-path parts of the park, walking about one mile. Each stroll will last from 60 to 90 minutes.

All are welcome, beginners to expert birders. Because of the need for quiet, we ask that you not bring dogs. For more information, contact stroll leaders Laura and Bob at 683-3733.
