Join us on Saturday April 11th for an approximate 2.7 mile, out and back hike. At the half way point, we will be rewarded with spectacular views of the Linville Gorge! Plan on at least 2 hours. This is a strenuous hike with some steep rock scrambling at the halfway point. Please make sure that you have sturdy boots with a good grip and hiking poles if you normally use them. This hike gets quite a bit of sun, so please make sure to bring plenty of water. 

Well behaved dogs are welcome but they must be leashed. If you do bring your pup, make sure that you bring bags and are prepared to clean up after them. 

We will meet at 9 AM at the park and ride at 5401 E US Hwy 19E. 

We will carpool as parking is limited at the trailhead.
